If you’ve never tried Red Light Therapy, the idea of lying under a panel of light for 15 minutes probably sounds a little unusual. Here’s what actually happens.

You’ll change into comfortable clothing (or the treatment area will be exposed, depending on your goals) and lie down under the Dahlia Red Light panel. The light itself is warm, not hot — many patients say it feels similar to sitting in gentle sunlight. There’s no pain, no downtime, and you can return to normal activity immediately after.

Red and near-infrared light wavelengths are absorbed by your skin and underlying tissue, where they’re thought to support cellular energy production, circulation, and collagen activity. That’s why it’s commonly used for skin quality, muscle recovery, and as a complement to our body contouring and neuropathy programs.

Most patients don’t feel dramatic effects after one session — this is a cumulative therapy, which is why it’s built into multi-session packages rather than sold as a one-time treatment.

Curious if it fits your goals? Ask about it at your consultation — it’s already included in several of our programs.
